We're about them in a little bit. As I mentioned with the Kevin Williams and podcast the other

day, we are basically now running through the list of people that we've been meaning to have on for a very

long time but haven't yet for one reason or another. Some of them are in prison. Some of them are doing

things out of the country that make it difficult for them to come back in. Some of them just have

schedule conflicts. One of them that we've wanted to add on for a very long time and really only the second

US Senator ever to be on this podcast is Shashana Weissman of R-Street. She's a fellow there and she runs their

digital media stuff. She is not in fact a US Senator. I want to be very clear about this. This is going to be a

little bit of a challenge for us because Shashana is one of these people who sort of like in a

William Gibson novel, like Neuromancer kind of thing, has this whole other life on the interwebs and

it's a very strange life and she goes by the Twitter hand at a little Senator Shashana and every

now and then when she says something, someone who thinks she's actually a US Senator will get angry with her and say,

well isn't this your job? Why don't you pass this law? That kind of thing which is always very amusing and she's

always trying to solicit bribes from people saying that she'll do whatever they want for $20,000. So I'm going to try and

stop her every now and then to explain some of these things as we go. But I just wanted people to know in

advance that this is this isn't like a podcast with George Will and she also just for listeners we are trying to

avoid the kind of feedback we got when we had Locklin and Swinn on here about a month ago for all the

cursing so we are going to bleep or otherwise bolderize all mentions of sexual Congress and the matter
