uh... sad news for senator rampalls office

uh... it turns out that the office of republican can'tucky senator paul uh... confirming late yesterday that a member

of senator paul staff was brutally attacked on the streets of washington in dc over the weekend

uh... apparently the member of his staff was brutally attacked and broad daylight

uh... paul said an a statement i ask you to join kelly and me in praying for a speedy and complete recovery

and thanking the first responders the hospital staff the police for their

diligent actions

we are relieved to hear that the suspect has been arrested

at this time we would ask for privacy so everyone can focus on healing and recovery

and paul's office did not did not confirm the identity of the staff member

and frankly it's nobody's business in my opinion but

we welcome back to the program senator rampall senator of my sincerest

condolences i'm so sorry to hear this um...

violence is at a control all around the country

defund dismantle no bail is not working is it

you know without question you know we've got a violence problem in all of our major cities

we're just particularly

uh... happy and and glad that uh... he's recovering that uh... strong man i think he's going to be fine

but this was uh... significant attack it could have been life threatening
