0:08.7	This Senate has just voted to pass the bipartisan debt ceiling bill.

0:15.8	It comes some 24 hours after the House passed the same bill.
0:19.9	It raises the nation's debt limit for the next two years, while also imposing new caps
0:24.2	on spending.
0:25.4	And now goes to the president's desk for his signature with four days to go before
0:30.0	the Monday default deadline.
0:32.0	So let's get straight to NBC News, Capitol Hill correspondent Ali Vitale, who has been
