So today there is an important Senate committee hearing going on that may bring us one step closer

to getting rid of corrupt postmaster general Louis de Joy.

You remember the guy, the Donald Trump lackey who wrongfully slowed the mail in advance

of the 2020 election, and we all know why.

Here's what the Washington Post said about that today.

Biden's U.S. Postal Service nominees face confirmation hearing as Democrats consider

paths to oust de Joy.

And here's how that article reads in part.

If confirmed, the Democrats would have a five form majority on the board of governors

for the U.S. Postal Service and control of the board for the first time since 2016.

And only the board of governors for the U.S. Postal Service can fire the postmaster general

de Joy, President Biden can't.

So I think that's probably worth putting in a call or an email or writing a letter to

your senator's office urging the Senate to confirm President Biden's board of governors

nominees so we can be rid of de Joy once and for all.
