So Rob, I know you don't live in New York City anymore. I bet you're pretty glad of that right now, but we've got a lot to dig into today. Yeah, I don't live there anymore. I'm happy to not live there anymore. It allows me to sort of like laugh and smirk and be completely free of any kind of impending doom.
