Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina must appear before that Fulton County special

grand jury next week.

Prosecutors said in a filing today that Graham's testimony is crucial to the

investigation into Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the election in that state.

Graham has argued that his calls to Georgia election officials were entirely appropriate

as part of his role on the Senate Judiciary Committee, he argued,
