Gus really likes these guys, it seems to me, especially Sperry, who I think he will have a chance to coach as a starter.

I think, I don't want to speak for both of you so you guys can weigh in here, but I've heard you say this before.

And I think that this is becoming abundantly clear.

Gus is rather enjoying his role as just an O.C.

And I don't know that he's in a hurry to ride. I think you have a little bit of a bigger

problem keeping Tony around if opportunities arise. But for a state's always paid their

assistance well. And we'll see how the rest of the season goes.

I know there's a lot of what ifs. But I don't know that Gus is in a hurry anytime soon to leave the way I thought maybe he would be if he had some success. I think I'm wrong on that. Just hearing from people, it seems he's very happy. But then also, you know, I think with Tony, we'll have to wait and see. It depends on the type of head coaching job offer he gets, if he gets one.

Yeah, and I think the thing with Gus is, I think if you've already been a head coach

and you really didn't love that experience, especially the way things have changed.

And see, what, what are your aspirations at this point?

Are you fueled by, I mean, the guy was seriously considering
