Back to school week, I love this week because it might be my favourite week of the year.

They're very creaky your wooden chairs. Would you just have a long creaky chair that you love a lot?

No, I think that might have been my creaky bones because I'm now 32.

Happy belated birthday to Dolly Alderton. We are recording this the day after your birthday too,

which probably means there are knickers hanging off your chandelier and beer bottles at your feet.

Yeah, exactly that. Do you know what reassuringly or depressingly I was in bed at 10 o'clock

last night? So you say that like it's a strange thing to be. I think it is a bit on your birthday.

It was quite weird having a birthday. I mean, look, it would have been way weird to

having one of those lockdown birthdays, or it's just like talking to 15 floating heads on zoom.

And I'm grateful there was a bit more room for movement, but it's quite weird in this kind of

post lockdown, not yet normal world, to work out what to do on your birthday because it's so

impossible to go to exhibitions because they're obviously being socially distant. So you have to

kind of book a distance advance. All the London cinemas aren't really open.

And the ladies pond again, you have to book a slot now for like late September.

So there's nothing you need to do now in this city other than eat, which I'm fine with.

Now would you have genuinely gone to an exhibition on your birthday?

Which you've gone, I am 32 today and what I really want to do is go to the National Portrait

Gallery. Is that what you're telling me? You would have done on your birthday if you could.
