1:34.2 | lot of noise in the system the mind body system a lot of thoughts beliefs ideas |
1:39.8 | happening all in the mind and then the body a lot of emotional responses |
1:44.2 | condition nervous system responses trauma responses all of which is designed to |
1:50.4 | keep you safe get you praise get you connection get you love and so you have |
1:57.2 | this mind body system this human form that is swimming in this world this |
2:05.1 | planet sort of just plopped here trying to figure out how to get these basic |
2:09.7 | needs met and all these learnings that happened along the way and it shows up |
2:14.3 | as activation shows up as an agitated system we feel it in our body we |
