| 0:35.6 | Okay. |
| 0:54.5 | So if there's something that you feel like you really want, like you have a clear vision for it, most of you is aligned with the idea of like, yeah, I really want to develop that or have that in my life. But as you make progress in the direction toward attaining that thing, you find yourself |

| 2:39.2 | system seeks out what's familiar to it, not what's good for you or not what you think you want. |
| 2:47.3 | So to keep it really simple, when you find yourself trying to pursue something new, a different path, |
| 2:55.6 | but you're caught in this loop and you see yourself following that tendency to sabotage the experience, |
| 3:04.6 | notice that urge to go down that path, to turn a different direction. |
| 3:11.4 | Stop. |
