Summary

This episode is built around one central truth:

Self-respect is not a feeling.
It's an internal agreement.

Most people think self-respect is confidence, discipline, or a list of good habits. But real self-respect goes deeper than behavior. It's the internal standard that governs how you treat yourself, what you tolerate, the boundaries you enforce, and the choices you make when fear, emotion, or pressure try to pull you away from your worth.

In this episode, I break down:

  • What self-respect actually is

  • Why many people unknowingly disrespect themselves

  • How your worth became tied to external validation

  • The connection between self-respect, boundaries, and enforcement

  • The 3 Levels of Self-Respect

  • The habits and patterns that quietly destroy self-respect

  • How to build a life rooted in alignment, principle, and Self-leadership

This is not motivation.
This is about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself.

Because your life will always organize itself around the level of self-respect you truly have.

If you're ready to stop betraying yourself, stop living from fear, and develop real Self-mastery, apply for Dominance — my coaching system designed to help you understand your psyche, break destructive patterns, and lead yourself at the highest level.

past. All right, so I encourage you to take out pen and paper as I'm breaking

0:21.0

this down because I'm sure you've heard of the concept of self-respect. I imagine you believe you

0:25.7

have self-respect and I wouldn't tell you you don't. But I feel as though self-respect is a concept

0:32.1

that is misunderstood and it's something that anyone who thinks they have self-respect would say that

0:41.5

it could be grown, right?

0:44.5

It's not an on or off switch, something that could be improved.

0:50.2

So there's many things that I've been noticing that really inspired me to do this episode.

0:54.9

I noticed that many people lack self-respect.

0:58.8

Even though they imagine that they don't, I notice it.

1:04.5

A lot of these people remain unaware that they lack self-respect.

1:08.9

So it's not my goal to tell you you don't have self-respect if you're one of those people.

1:14.5

It's my goal to inspire you to cultivate more and a deeper self-respect.

1:19.9

All right.

1:21.1

There's also some people who have, you know, the courage to admit that although they thought

1:26.5

they respected themselves,

1:28.5

the reality is that they've been disrespecting themselves in a way that they don't feel good about.

1:35.9

And if you're one of those people and you have the courage to admit that, I salute you.

1:40.9

Most people don't have the courage to admit it.

1:43.6

Most people would rather just say,

1:45.3

you know what, no, I respect myself, right? Who's going to look at you and just say,
