So a few weeks ago, I guess this was two weeks ago now, I published an episode with Neil Gordon,

information around landing a traditional book deal. So a traditional book deal refers to when you submit a book proposal or a manuscript,

a book proposal is for nonfiction books, manuscript is for fiction, to a publishing house,

i.e. a place like Penguin Random House or Simon & Schuster or Harper Collins. And then they can

buy the rights to the book from you, giving you what's

called a book deal or a book advance where it basically says, we're going to pay you this amount
