And the old office is an office that Quint owns and will be renting out or turning into an Airbnb or doing something with.

But currently it's winter here.

And he has no heat on. So we are absolutely freezing. We walked into this house, and it's 44 degrees. I don't know if you've ever had the privilege of renting a house from a local slumlord before, but, well, it's not as fun as it sounds. So, you know, we're just going to power through. And if we seem a little angry,

it's because we are. Okay. Because we're furious and we can't work in these conditions. I feel like I'm still cold camping. That's how I feel right now. Yeah. How was your cold camping? We need an update on that. Oh, yeah. Um, it was great. It actually was not as cold as it's been historically. So I think I've said this on the podcast before. So far,

the record for the low has been 17. That's one followed by seven, which was the first year we did it.

And that year we backpacked. So that was a big mistake. Because that means you hike in and you carry

everything you bring. So that means you do not bring as many layers. You skimp out. You do not bring firewood. I don't walk to my mailbox when it's 17 to get so. Well, we did it and it was terrible. And we like barely could get a fire going because it had snowed. So everything was wet and cold. So it was pretty bad. This time, it got down to like 45.

So that wasn't too bad.

Balmy.

And it wasn't, like last year it was like actively foot and half of snow on the ground this year, no snow.

And it didn't rain at all until the very end, which I think I told you this.

I don't remember if I did or not.
