I welcome back to the personality hacker podcast my name is Joel Mark Witt and I'm

0:07.6

Antonio Dodge so this is part two of a two-part series episode structure I don't know but it's part two we're talking about personality types and self parenting and in part one the last episode we laid down a lot of groundwork like the entire episode was laying down the

0:24.4

tracks of what it means to be a good parent how do people or what are some

0:29.0

frameworks that people can approach parenting with different qualitative things so let's try to do a real quick

0:34.5

Antonio like five minutes or less catch up. I mean you need to go listen to that entire

0:38.9

episode to know all of what we're going to do on this episode because today we want to

1:46.3

tendency to kind of want to be parented by others but at the same time do parenting for others

1:52.1

and so we have to but at the same time do parenting for others.

1:52.5

Yes.

1:53.0

And so we have to change that dynamic around

1:57.5

to start self parenting.

1:58.9

And so what we did is we laid the groundwork

2:01.2

of why it's so important to understand why we need to self-parent,
