who goes into that job thinking i'll bet this is not going to be very stressful.

If she was a man, people would either expect this from her or they would talk about her

decisive leadership skills and all of it would be a positive trait, not a negative one.

We are also more likely to hear stories about what these same women are wearing and what they

sweet and patient and demure, but also be thin and wear makeup and a new perfectly tailored dress

every day, and it's exhausting. So let's talk about the unrealistic standards that women are held to
