1:21.7 | you're difficult to lead, and you know it. We know we're difficult to lead because we all |
1:25.4 | attempted every single day. So self leadership. Andy, when you talked about self leadership, |
1:30.7 | you gave three reasons why it's important. The first one was you won't be a leader worth |
1:35.6 | following if you don't lead yourself well. Yeah. As we know, exceptional self leadership is not |
1:40.8 | essential to leadership in general. We all know organizational leaders who are, who are a mess |
1:45.7 | personally. But we don't want to be like them. We don't consider them leaders worth following. We |
1:51.1 | just consider them our bosses, our leaders. We have to follow because, you know, we're part of the |
1:54.8 | organization. We may want to travel like them. We may want to vacation like them. But we don't |
