You know being frustrated with yourself can be like a beautiful thing

But it's a slippery slope because we want to be careful. We don't resent ourselves too much because resentment can do a lot to our spirit

It could deteriorate as it can eat us alive

But you know, I've been frustrated lately. You know, there's just things within myself

I want to express and I don't feel I've gotten them out quite the way I want to

And some of my formats there's a new level of expression

I could feel and I could see it, but I haven't quite

brought it to life yet and

That simply just has to

I have to train my utility my body, right?

Master some skill sets to be able to transform and then express those ideas through and those are just the practical

Answers to questions we have and we are frustrated with ourselves why we are not

Reaching the level of standard we've created for ourselves

But I always say if you are frustrated because you feel like you could be doing more

That means you know that there is more within you that you know there is a greatness of brilliant

So genius within you because you wouldn't be frustrated with yourself

If you didn't think you could do better if you were doing the best you could do you're like ah I can't do any better

You'd be content

But sometimes we get frustrated and that's simply because we know like oh

There's more to me and

I know I could do more and I know I could be more and although I'm gonna have gratitude for where I am right now because we are exactly where we are supposed to be
