Self-deliverance 101. Your step-by-step guide to self-deliverance. Self-deliverance made simple. In Proverbs 6.3, it says, so do this, my son, and deliver yourself. Now, of course, it's referring to a person to

not get involved with sinful behaviors and do these particular instructions and be delivered

from traps, lies, and destruction. Proverbs 6, 5, few verses down, it says,iver yourself like a gazelle from the hand of a hunter,

and like a bird from the hand of a fowler.

Now, deals with debt, not with demons.

So let's want to make it very clear.

But the idea in the Bible we see is this,

is that deliverance from demonic powers

happens through the name of Jesus, the blood of Jesus,

the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit. These mighty weapons are available to all believers. Revelation

chapter 12, verse 11, and they overcame Him by the blood of the Lamb, by the word of their

testimony, and did not love their lives to the death.

Now, I want to make it a disclaimer.

There is really not one precedent in the scripture

where you can deliver yourself from a demon.

What we do see in the Bible when it comes to deliverance is,

it's a command and assignment to Jesus' followers to do deliverance on other

people. Cast demons out. Unlike healing and even getting saved, which could happen without anybody

being present, with deliverance we don't see this particular formula or a method of getting delivered
