That was my first time to see that little intro

to the sermon series, survival guide for the soul and also when I was preaching

last week I never noticed that there was a forest behind me until I saw pictures

of it later and I like the background a lot. Pastor Thomas keeps telling me that I should just emerge out of there in Camo

and then preach to you.

And I think that's a wonderful idea.

I desperately want to try it.

Funny thing about that background, those woods right there, whenever you drove, whenever you arrived here,

you might have noticed some forests there off to the side.

That's, I just emerged out of those woods.

As you can tell by my beard, I've been living in the woods for a while, and that's where I live.

And so I just showed up for this and they decided that this was a fitting theme. I't normally dress up like this they bought these clothes for me

And by the length of my beard you're like we we already knew that we knew you don't dress up very often we already knew that

So we're talking about survival guide for the soul.

One weekend my dad was preaching and he was preaching this service, an evening Saturday night service,

and then had to leave the next, or that night actually

to go preach somewhere the next day.

And so I offered to drive him to the airport.
