Yeah, you mean you, group. If you have hemorrhage, hemorrhage cream on it. I know, but normally I'll write Trista and be like Trista. I got an issue. She's gonna give you the same thing. I know, but it's not used. Oh, you're, oh, I see what you're saying. It's not you. Hey guys, episode 77. It's been a busy morning already. I had to take the boys to the dentist. They did good. Lawson had a really bad experience at a different dental office, like, what, two years ago. He's so terrified to go to the dentist and it's crazy. Just like him and Layton are laying side by side and the dentist office that they go to is the best. Like they have the TV. So stuffed animals. It's all it looks like a Disney store in there. It's just a very happy place and Layton is just cool as a cucumber very calm. Lawson today asked me if he could bring a stuffy and he brought a big dinosaur in the whole time. Lawson's feet are just constantly moving. His hands are moving. And so I let him bring a stuffy. So he has something to hold on to. But you can tell just from the experiences that they've had. Yeah, it's weird how like one traumatic experience like scars you kind of for life, you know? It's true, yeah. And Lawson, before we went in, and I don't mean traumatic, I mean like one bad experience, you know? Well, the first person we went to was horrible. Yeah, but it's just like anything else. But it's not just me. Like other people, once I started talking about it, then I realized they went to that same place that we were going to. And they all left. There was like eight people that go to this new dentist now because they had such a bad experience with this one. Like I don't even understand why it's a pediatricynastage should only be for like 16 year olds because they were not good with children whatsoever. And we'll also not get his tooth pulled. Yeah. He was like six. Yeah. It was, but anyways, very traumatic, but this lady is amazing. I just love her so much. And she remembers, there's so many kids, she has so many patients. And she remembers your conversation. Like I haven't seen her in months. And she remembered our last conversation. It's just like anything though. I mean, customer service, someone at home, people, whatever it may be, you know what I mean? Just helpful people willing to go that extra mile or just be human, right? It's like, now when I call people, like customer service,

2:48.1

if they have an attitude just from like the way they say,

2:50.3

hello, I just hang up and call right back.

2:52.1

And call back.

2:52.9

Because I know nothing's gonna get done here.

2:54.7

Instead of getting mad and upset about everything,

2:57.0

I'm just like, I'm getting someone else.

2:58.3

And then someone's like, hey, good morning,

2:59.7

what could I help you with. I'm like, hey, I got this problem. They're like, oh, let's get it fixed up. And the exact same problem, you talked to someone with a bad attitude.

3:06.4

They're like, nope, nothing we could do here.

3:08.5

Just because they hate their jobs and their lives

3:10.5

and everything else.

3:11.3

So no matter what is the dentist or just people in general, it's just weird how you could have the exact same scenario. But if you get the wrong person, You're not gonna have the outcome that you want.

3:20.3

Right, and they're at the office

3:21.6

like they sent me a message, sorry.

3:23.7

Saying that.

3:24.7

Who has their phone on me?

3:28.0

What do you need it on for?

3:29.3

Because if the school calls or if I need something You have that phone in your hand 24-7. No, it's in my purse or if it's not in my purse The kids have it in their hand 24-7 messing with it. All right. You're weirdo. Nobody has their phone on ring. I do.

3:45.8

Because in the day, I need to know if the school calls,

3:48.8

if there's something, I need to be able to hear my phone. You could hear it vibrating. If I don't have it on vibrate, I don't have vibrate on my phone. What are you talking about? You just put it on vibrate. No, I put it on silent. You want to hear something weird with Jordan

4:02.4

that really gets me upset.
