scripture one of the things that the

Lord really used to open up my understanding to this is Proverbs chapter 13 verse 10 where it says only by pride cometh

contention only that's the only reason And yet most of us think that, no, it's what this person

did to me. No, it's not what people do to you that make you angry because Jesus had people

treat him worse than any of us have ever been treated and he was able to still say,

Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.

It's not what's going on around you that makes you angry, it's what's inside of you that makes you angry. It's what's inside of you that makes you angry and

specifically there's probably multiple things but the root of all of it

is your self-centeredness. The fact that you are so alive to yourself,

that you are so focused on yourself, that you are so promoting of yourself
