Summary

I confess: I hate the term self-care. Always have, probably always will.  But Jaime McLaughlin helped me see that I'm not alone: she ALSO dislikes this term because it's been completely taken over by commercialism that tells us we just need one more manicure, one more massage, one more vegan, super sparkly bath bomb - to be happy. Jaime is here to call BS on all that and to help women see what lies fundamentally beneath their desire for inner peace and comfort and joy: the need for Jesus.
