So much I can say. I just really have been feeling the need to talk more about self-care.

And there are so many things we can do during the day

we'll have a limited amount of responsibilities and scheduled activities and so forth.

So I'd like to remind you to have a section specifically dedicated to self-care.

And it can be whatever it is that makes you feel good about yourself that you know about yourself that helps you to be more present, helps you feel grounded, and separates yourself

from everything that's going on in your life otherwise.

It's time just for you. It could be nice out bath. It could be a 15 minute nap. I like to do things like going in nature and and surrounding myself with plants.

Honestly nature is such a beautiful thing.

It helps you ground yourself forget about the pressures that the society puts on you and all of the limitations that the society and life around us puts on us.

When you're outside, you truly connected to the world is just you, human, and Earth.

And nothing else, when you endorse for a long time you lose that connection a little bit

because it tricks your mind into cabin fever and you lose yourself and your sanity goes just a little bit out of the window. So even if you can step outside, look at the light, or close your eyes.
