Our friend, Garrett, is off today. So Garrett from Z100 is off today. He might join us a little later on

in the week. So, Donnie, thank you for jumping in at the last minute. I know you know all the

scoops. We're in very, very good hands. Hey, what time is it, my friend? It is tea time. NBC is apologising to Salini Gomez after a joke

in Saved by the Bell. It's a reboot that sort of made fun of her kidney transplant. So that's right.

So Selena Gomez fans are not impressed about a joke on the reboot of Saved by the Bell.

So, what's happening here is that a couple of college students inside Bayside High School

were debating who gave Selena a kidney. Was it Justin Bieber? Was it Demi Lovado? It was neither. Now fans are absolutely

outraged by this, thinking they're making fun of Selena Gomez, and they even got it trending

to certainly make sure this didn't happen again. What they got trending, Donnie, was respect

Selena Gomez, but it actually gets worse, Donnie.

Later on, later on in the episode, there was another joke at Selena Gomez's expense.

What are you things going on here?

I mean, I hate this story is wild, only because, say by the bell, it's on Peacock,

but it's saved by the bell, the original one.

It's very, like, family friendly, and they would never make jokes like this.

So it's interesting that the reboot kind of goes there immediately.

But also, on the other hand, it's like, at what part of the culture can we get to where we can't say anything without it offending everybody?
