Yes indeed and today we toast PJ's construction of somewhere in Hawaii.

Now they landed a sweet gig

to build 12 homes in Paradise Park.

It's a subdivision somewhere on the Big Island.

Anyway, each house is valued at about half a million dollars or in Seattle, a tent, and they recently

completed the work and by all accounts they did good work. The houses have been selling very, very

well, however, they did encounter one problem literally one

problem because they built one of the houses which was sold by the way I'm the

wrong lot oh oh yeah a woman in California bought the lot years ago, right? She's been waiting to put something on it.

The developer bought a bunch of lots in the same general area.

The construction company says that the developers did not want to get a

surveyor out there. He just said, man, just build the houses. They built the houses.
