Yes, indeed, and today we toast 83-year-old Emma May Bullock of Zurich, Switzerland.

So you're probably thinking who the hell is Emma May Bullock of Zurich, Slitsa.

Well, you know her as Tina Turner.

As they say, the exuberant, heel-stopping wild-haired rock-gottos and sold-out stadiums earned

dozens of Grammy Awards in a music career spanning 50 years.

Sadly, she died earlier today at her home near Zurich, Switzerland.

She was 83 years old.

And just you know, Tina Turner, Tina Turner, all right?

But she was the first woman and first black artist to appear on the cover of Rolling Stone.

She earned eight competitive Grammy Awards, three Grammy Hall of Fame prizes, and a Grammy

Lifetime Achievement trophy.
