Three time it is, and as usual, we had to see a drink test and see

through a hill to find out who were toasted.

Yes, indeed. And today we toast an unidentified

34 year old man from somewhere in Indiana. I just want to preface this shot by

saying to Mike and I have talked at length and we agree You know when you break the law you break the law

but there should be what we call the stupid charge right so it's just an additional

five hundred dollars to whatever you did because you're actually stupid too so you rob a bank that's one thing but if you're actually stupid too.

So you rob a bank, that's one thing.

But if you're stupid about it, because you did it naked,

I feel like you should be charged more.

This guy, I believe, qualifies because, as they say, the best criminals are the ones who think they know the
