Couple from our question, what is the most useless thing that you've memorized

guys when I was a young teen I was in a church youth group with a real smoke

show one of the exercises was to learn all the books of the Bible, old and New Testament with a song to help do it.

Anyone who could do it and perform it won a prize.

I put in the work, learned the songs, hoping that I could give the prize to the girl, and maybe, you know, who knows.

Dreams of youth. It didn't work, but I took those songs away in my head sometimes find myself singing them unconsciously.
