His basketball team has only won one game this season.

All right Randy I'm not gonna lie to you that's a tough spot to be in but you know what coach has been there himself probably wasn't 15 but 12 or 13 I was on a little team, but we suck. All right? We didn't win at all.

You know what Coach Smith did,

he uses this as a time to improve himself and help out his teammates.

Hopefully Randy, you're one of the kids on the team that can hit a jumper or maybe knows how to dribble.

Obviously some of your teammates don't.

Keep working on yourself, keep working on your game and that offhand and also help out your teammates rally
