spice in the stairwell before proceeding to give himself a little pleasure.

We caught him on four separate occasions, every occasion he'd become aggressive, get dragged out on his stomach by either

ourselves or the police, then the next week he'd be right back doing the exact same thing

in the exact same stairwell. He did this once a week for four weeks before he finally, we finally saw the pattern there. Good times. That from Nathan. What else do we have here?
