Think I ride in the bus would be easy. Think again.

Detroit Mother Furious after a nine-year-old son was left sleeping on a school bus for hours on Wednesday.

Mom's and her older son found the nine-year-old in the bus at 930 in the evening.

He's home normally by 3.45. Her son who does attend the Detroit

Service Learning Academy got on the bus Wednesday morning with a 14-year-old sister.

Boy did make it to school, then got back on the bus to come home after school.

The mom said she fell asleep in the afternoon and did not realize her son was missing

until about seven.

She started frantically calling anyone and

everyone including the bus driver. Bus driver didn't even come here she said.

He told me that my son did not get on the bus which means he never knew that my

son was even back there asleep.

That's what makes me think he didn't do his walk-through thing.

If the bus driver had done that, he would have seen the child asleep in the back of the bus.

The boy's older sister saw him at the back of the bus on the way home and the

sister stayed at school for practice. She kept stressing to me mom I put him on

the bus so the mother called the school police and her family to try to find
