Close circuit footage captured the dramatic moment taking place at a fitness center in China in Shanghai on the evening of September 21st.

A man dressed in a blue t-shirt appears to be attempting a weight lift

but loses his balance almost as soon as he tries to stand upright. As he falls to the

floor the right side bar bell hits another gym goer on the foot.

The victim, Zhang, that immediately falls down and curls up in pain.

He holds his right foot with his hands, while others rush over to check on him as he is seemingly

unable to get up.

A Zhang later told the local media he was in shock and experienced intense pain to

force him to fall to the ground both men later taken to the hospital

I think he dropped the weight suddenly twisted his foot lost his balance and the

falling barbell weighed about 140 pounds.

I'm glad Zeng had to explain to the media why he crumpled to the ground in the

feudal position.

Now this is a gym gym.

I'm telling you right now if that's a 140 pound dumbbell this is like the

equivalent of a golds or a world's gym.

Very rarely have I been this is a gym where they have chalk and weight belts.

And this is a different kind of gym because 140 pounds man that that is a lot he fractured his right foot
