It's like even that energy, like, I have to stay in the now, I have to stay in the present, is forceful.

Oh my God, I wasn't present. I have to stay present. And then I'm judging myself for not being

present, which is then more resistance and more mental, like mind energy. I remember when I

was in Bali with my forehead to the earth praying, strip me, take it all, take everything. Like even

saying it now brings emotions to my eyes. It's like, take it all. I'm tired. Take it all. But I was

ready to leave it all. So my question for you is, are you ready

to leave it all? Are you ready to cut the chains from the past so you can live more openly?

Because there's guards up where we feel stiff and we feel like we are going against the current.

But it's like how willing are you to let it all go?

How willing and ready are you to give it all up, right?

Not give up, but give it all up.

Pablo Picasso once said,

the first half of life is learning to be an adult,

and the second half is learning to be a child.
