What do you want? This is a question that maybe you don't consider. Perhaps you don't find it

important, or maybe you wouldn't even know how to answer it because you're always thinking

of everyone else's needs. Is thinking about desire wrong? I want to talk about this because not

only is it crucial, but it's also one of the reasons I believe spiritual leadership

in especially the Western world is imploding. Let's talk all about that in part one of my four-part

So I'm doing this four-part series called Seeking Revival because I want to really give you what I believe are

the most crucial components to revival. And the bonus episode, as well, that's not to miss.

And I hope that not only will you listen to these shows this first time, binge them maybe,

or listen once a week, but that you'll listen to them multiple times.

You'll pass them on to family and friends or your church groups, Bible study groups,

because we need to be actively seeking revival in this world.

But also, we mostly need to be seeking revival in our own hearts.

Because here's the truth.

God may want to do something amazing around you in your church, in your neighborhood, in your city, in your family. But first,

he wants to do something amazing in you, inside your heart, inside of you individually that he created.

Because revival always starts in the individual heart first.

And in our singular hearts, then God gathers our hearts individually together to do a collective

work. And so by the time we see a tangible revival, like maybe we did with Asbury or the famous revivals that we've heard about through the years, we are seeing people whose hearts have been given over to him in the quiet space, in the private space. And now it's turned corporate.

We are in a space right now with a world that appears to be spinning out

of control, imploding within, where our hearts are crying out for God. And we're starting to turn
