Friendship is so important and we all crave healthy friendships.

How do we make sure they are healthy?

kind of social media? I don't mean right this minute, but I mean you're involved in Instagram or

Facebook or Pinterest or Snapchat. Let me see your hands. Okay, I probably should have said,
