Hey, hey, my stoop kids, and welcome to episode eight, the final episode of season one.

I am so glad that you all stuck around for the entire season and are loving all of these stories.

So I'm not going to waste any time. Let's get into part two of seeing McKinley. The first day of Black History Month came and Mickey's parents

showed up to the school to hear her speech. When they walked into the auditorium, one of the

teachers came up to Mickey's parents and said, Hello, Mr. Mrs. Brown, so glad you could join us.

McKinley has been doing exceptional work in school.

Yes, we are so proud and happy to be here, Mickey's mom said.

The parents started to walk away, and the teacher continued to walk with them and say,

I heard that your family went to Paris last year.

McKinley told us all about it in class.

Yeah, well, we go on a family trip out of the country every year.

The kids really love it.

McKinley's mom responded.
