So when you're at the grocery store or when you're out ordering food, you understand the implications of the foods that you're ordering and when you feel a certain way after you've eaten foods that aren't so awesome on your body, you connect the two things.

And that's really what it's all about is connecting your experience with your body with the foods that you're choosing, the activities

that you're choosing, the thoughts that you're having, and you start to

understand the signals that your body is sending you.
