Today we are going to talk about a concept that I use with clients a lot. We call it vision casting, but I want to step further.

And I'm going to tell you exactly what that looks like and how I use it from day to day, but it's going to start with the story.

So in my marriage and in our businesses, I'm trying to level up, like trying to write books and do things and do speaking events, what's that sound?

I'll say you're not trying, you are.

Yeah, right. But what's challenging is that I almost don't, well, let me say this in the clearest way I can.

And I'm going to use like a, I'm going to kind of go backwards a little bit and say like old Melanie doesn't know how to do this stuff.

Old Melanie doesn't know how to write books and book speaking engagements and be strong and be brave.

Like old me was like, I don't know how to do that. That seems really scary. That seems really hard.

But I had this amazing, amazing experience where I had a bunch of women in this community group. It was a Christian group telling me what they sort of like what God told them about me.

That's on super trippy and weird, but just hang in there with me for a second. And person after person kept saying they're like, you're like warrior.

You like have armor on you're like fighting a thing. You're like breaking chains, right, which we've people talked about this kind of stuff before or whatever.

And no big deal. But but it was a big deal. And it was very helpful. And I was like, you know what I need to do?

I need to get into the AI programs and make some art that looks like this that looks like me with armor on and kind of puts an actual visual into my mind.

Of the person that I want to become so that scared Melanie has a reference of strong Melanie that I can go to.

It's like creating a visual target, if that makes sense. And I really wanted to show. So this is not exactly it.

I just didn't have it pulled up on my computer. But I wanted to show you an example of why won't it open just like open normal.

And here we go. This is not ideal. But if you were watching, it's a red headed lady. It's AI generated.

She's wearing a gold armor. And she just looks like she could beat the crap out of you, but also doesn't look like she's trying to beat the crap out of you.

You know what I mean? She's stable and strong and whatever. And I have it as the background screen saber on my computer.
