And Catherine Heridge actually took the time to ask the Attorney General about the issue of FISA abuse.

And he has announced although the media doesn't seem to have picked up on how profound this is,

an investigation into FISA abuses, which is a huge story.

With the release of the Republican staff memo from the House Intelligence Committee earlier this month,

and now the Democrats version available over the weekend.

A lot of Americans are asking if this is business as usual at the FISA court.

Will your department investigate and if the evidence is there, hold FBI and just department officials in contact?

We believe the Department of Justice must adhere to the high standards in the FISA court.

And yes, it will be investigated.

And I think that's just the appropriate thing. Inspector General will take that as one of the matters he'll deal with.
