| 0:29.5 | people, believed to be members of the group, were charged yesterday with seditious conspiracy. |
| 0:35.3 | That is, they allegedly planned in advance |
| 0:38.7 | to obstruct certification of President Biden's election |
| 0:41.9 | through the use of force. |
| 0:43.7 | The indictments helped to make the case |
| 0:45.4 | that the insurrection was no spontaneous riot, |
| 0:48.3 | but a planned event. |
| 0:50.1 | And if that's true, it raises questions |
| 0:53.0 | like about how much law enforcement knew or should |
| 0:55.5 | have known about it through social media postings and whether President Trump or any other |
| 1:00.2 | government officials knew what was coming and helped to plan it or fail to report it. |
