Chris Naugle is a real-estate guy, a money Guru, the co-founder and CEO of FlipOut Academy, a real estate education company that coaches its students how to get results and create passive income through real estate. He authored the book, “The Private Money Guide: Real Estate Edition: Solutions To Finding Money. Where To Go & How To Ask” and owns the podcast, The Real Estate Money School.
Chris has built and owned 16 companies since 1992. From a $500 loan and in his mom’s basement, to have a 10,000 sq ft incubator office space and a multi-million dollar real estate business that has done over 200 transactions since 2014.
In this episode of The Millionaire Mindcast, we have a stellar guest, Chris Naugle who will share nuggets about wealth building, unlocking financial freedom and actions, the sexy word of money and how it really works, making long-term and passive investments, understanding economic crisis, explains the importance of having financial education, and shares some techniques on securing and growing your wealth.
At the age of 16, Chris was degraded so much in his work and swear to himself he would never work for anybody again. Out from a scratch, he opened a clothing line business. To his dismay, Chris dad never gives his supports and wanted him to stop and work in a factory and get a retirement just like him but that wasn’t his dream. His mom is the only person who truly believed in him and always allows him to dream big. Furthermore, Chris struggled a lot and experience lots of ups and downs in his business to almost a bankrupt and getting back on track again. Until he ended up landing in the financial industry and serving as a financial advisor for 16 years while doing his business.
Chris noticed that there are so many people not living their dream, get stuck and doing something that they hate in their entire life because they don’t understand that everything is possible. They won’t take that extra steps to do it because nobody taught them what they need to do to make it happen. That’s why he created the Money School.
According to him, your dream should be the most important thing. Don’t fear to try and take the first step and never use the time and money as an excuse. Make your time to do it. There is so much money out there that you need to get into your dreams. Don’t hesitate to start from small, keep working hard, educating yourself, surrounding yourself with the right people, and never ask for money but offer an opportunity that can change people lives.
