Today we are talking about uncovering your purpose, getting uncomfortable,

landing your dream job, being in a forerunner and a leader, so many incredible things

that all really come together. And I'm talking with my friend E.C. E.C. is incredible.

I feel like in so many ways we are kindred spirits on a variety of things,

but she brings really unique perspectives. She has such a unique career journey

and it now really helps the women in that area of their life.

She calls herself a business and career growth strategist. I think she's so much more than that.

But she is the founder of powerful women make power moves.

And her whole goal through that is helping black women uncover their purpose,

land their dream job, and live a rich life and a fulfilled life.

And so she and I have been talking a lot and we talked about, you know,

what does this look like in our lives as women?

What is this? How do we apply this to whatever area that we're working in?

How do we uncover our purpose? I get asked that question all the time.

It's a huge part of my brand and my work as well as helping women uncover their purpose.

And so all that said, we've just had so many incredible conversations recently.

And I said, you've got to get on the podcast. I'd love to just have you share some of this

with our community. The mindset that she challenges us to adopt.

The lens that she challenges us to look through. The way that she just really encourages us

in her words to level up and to boss up. And I just think she brings such a refreshing perspective,

such an encouraging and empowering perspective. And more than that,

she really is committed to equipping women with the tools they need.
