Really excited to have you guys on you guys are some ogeez in the future flipper wealthy investor

Family so I guess for people who don't know you guys can you guys give us like a quick intro.

Yeah sure my name is Anthony I go by Tony right now

we're from Houston or I'm from Houston born and raised there. I'm 27. We're in the

Houston market and I'm actually also in dental school. I just finished my

second and a half year so got a year and a half to go

alongside and Austin and I've been doing business together in the real state world

for about two and a half years as well so that's me nice yeah it's pretty much the same for me

but you're in dental school besides that okay okay so my day job is a wife and three kids.

All right, so you guys are flipping, wholesaling.

What are you guys doing in Austin or Houston?

In Houston.

Yeah. So in Houston, we're mainly wholesaling, the overwhelming majority of our deals.

We have had a couple of flips that we've done.

They didn't go amazingly for us us to be honest with the market shift and all that

but we were able to shift and now we're taking on a few more rentals

long-term rentals got it to to the portfolio, and we're starting some no-vading agreements,

creative finance and all that, so.

Got it, okay, so I guess like, walk me through,

you were in dental school and then decided to get into real estate?

So at the time it was COVID everything had shut down and I was headed into dental school.
