Hey guys, what's up? This is Jacques. Welcome back to Unpopular. I have a great show today, but there are two things I need to let you know. One, I'm really sick, okay? I'm on like Death Store. I'm like Yolanda when she was holed up in her condo with the pill closet and no makeup and

wrapped up in a dressing gown except I actually am sick. I'm not faking it. So that's not fun.

Two, I have a really great guest on today. Okay. I have Thomas Kelly. He is a producer and showrunner

from like all of your favorite housewife shows and all the, it's like he really amazing great guest and i had some audio issues now i know sometimes i come on here and i go oh my god guys like there's some problems with the audio don't freak out and then you listen it's actually like totally fine well there actually was audio issues this time i won't go into the technical aspect of it because it's so boring,

but basically I have this really expensive, fancy mic studio setup that's like very professional.

And then the recording program didn't detect it and detected like the crappiest microphone

that are on my headphones and recorded my end from that. So I sound like I'm on a cell phone

at the bottom of the ocean underneath a giant soup can. Thomas thankfully sounds good. So

that's the important thing because really you want to hear from him. You already know my

opinion on a lot of these housewife things. Thomas talks a lot. Thomas has a lot of tea. So

his stuff's fine. So it's all good. You know, but I just wanted to warn you ahead of that. And there's some other things where it sounds like there's some like, whatever. It's just not perfect audio, okay? And when I first heard it, I was like, I can't release this. You know, I'm not doing a podcast today. Like I freaked out. and then I calm down. I'm like, no, people are still

going to enjoy this. So, you know, I don't want to see a bad review. I don't want to get a bad comment. I don't want to DM saying what was wrong with the audio. I didn't like the audio. The audio didn't sound good. You know, great podcast, but you need to fix the audio. If any of you say that, I will track your

fucking IP and I will hunt you down, okay? So let's just pretend that it's perfect because,

you know, I like to be professional. Let's face it, there's a lot of really bad podcasts out there,

okay? A lot of bad podcasts, especially in this like reality space, because it's just like

any fucking couch potato at home that

watches too much like housewives or 90 day fiance thinks they can have a podcast and it's like

their opinions are bland the questions that they ask their guests are bland the editing's really bad

the title of their podcast is lame the artwork sucks, I can't find one damn nice thing to say

about a lot of these other podcasts. So I like to just keep mine at a really great level above that.

So anything goes wrong. I'm like, ew, like, don't lump me in with the, you know, I recorded and edited

this on Anchor FM because that's not my style. Secondly, I need to tell you, I totally
