I have a saying if you're healthy,

you get as many wishes as you want every single day.

And those wishes that coincide

with the universe that provide what you want in your life

or better,

creating the longevity, the happiness that were missed,

the wealth is all determined upon the number one non-negotiable

in your life, which is your health. If you're not healthy, I promise you you only have one wish.

So that's granted as many wishes to ourselves as we can by taking care of ourselves and health and ourselves. I renamed

ourselves ourselves and taking care of those cells are very important through movement, exercise, meditation, nutrition, hydration, all the great things that we do for ourselves and ourselves.

All right, anyway, I probably have the greatest moderator

and MC traveling with me all around the world.
