I'm quite tired today. I'm okay, but I am quite tired. I'll be

honest, but you did say to me that like week six, which is right now, is almost when it does

begin to hit you quite a lot. And I think it's... Your body's started being like, okay, we're tired

now. And I'm tired. And I do... And this is it? Yeah, I think that, I think, I do feel like that.

And I guess it's an accumulation of six weeks of no, of, of, you can deal with it.

And, and I've been taking the NAD plus.

Yeah.

That you, um, how are you finding out?

Or can you not tell? Well, I find it really hard because I've been injecting it from Nad Plus at home it is, right?

And it's really hard because I'm obviously more tired now than normal.

So it's hard to know.

I feel like you need to start infrareding and hbotting.

Yeah, I do. It's just, it's time, isn't it?

And I think at the beginning.

And cryowing.

At the beginning, you're just so focused and my days just seem to go really quickly

but without doing a great deal because every three hours it's a, you know, what it's like.

But yeah, I feel I'm not dead on my feet. I'm tired but I'm not like done. So I wonder if that's

the NAD plus. Yeah. Because I'm older this time, like we've spoken about this before.
