How do you know when you found your soulmate?

One of the things I want to explain about soul mates is it says that every soul that comes to this world comes with a certain amount of baggage.

When you pass away, the soul comes back.

The way the soul comes back is it fragments into more souls and each one takes a part of the spiritual baggage.
