of his wife this week. We'll share his wild Google searches and what his wife's lover testified to

on the stand. And a Texas A&M student was found dead after a football game,

and now her mother is disputing investigators' claims of suicide. I'm joined today by two true

on trial on a case where they're showing your porn history and they're calling your wife's lover.

I mean, at that point, wouldn't you just put a gun in your mouth? I mean, who wants to go through that? I got a feeling that he's pulling the strings behind the scenes to a large extent. I got questions for you on this one, Mark. And I don't think that guy has made too many decisions in his entire life based on what we've seen so far. So let's get

into that. Let's start, though, first with David. Mark, you've been all over the David's story

from the very beginning. Explain why an investigative grand jury is hearing evidence in the case

and what that means. So for those who aren't following us closely or my other podcast closely, I have said for months

now that it's obvious to any sentient being who practices law in Los Angeles County that the

LAPD and the coroner are at odds.
