Welcome back to another week of Beyond the Secret. Okay, so last week I had to give you guys a kind of a repeat episode and this week I am a day late but I want to give myself some

credit here because I technically did not miss a week and with everything I had

going on I thought for sure I'm going to miss a week.

If anyone's curious, which probably nobody is, but I'm going to tell you anyways, the

workshop that I hosted over the weekend went amazing and I busted my

ass and I feel like I'm still recovering from all of it, but overall it was really good.

So this week's secret was shared with me during one of my secrets,

but it was shared anonymously and it gave the whole story and she said

the only reason she did it anonymously was because it wouldn't fit in the small box

on Instagram so she did it the anonymous way so she could write everything out. So going into this interview I had a lot

of backstory already and so what you're gonna find is that there is a story being told and this is a very long

interview. We talked for two hours and two minutes in total.

She was just someone like I really connected with and I felt like she was really easy to talk to and

so we just kind of kept rambling on and there's a lot of side conversations but I feel like they're all pretty

important so I included a lot of our conversation but because it's so long and because there's kind of two parts of this story
