Summary

Last night's MLB All-Star Game was entertaining, and players gave their all. Boomer believes the All-Star game ending signals the start of trade season for Brian Cashman and David Stearns. The Mets don't want another Pete Crow-Armstrong trade. Both teams are close enough to a championship that they need to be aggressive. Gio thinks it depends on who is available. Boomer believes the Yankees DFAing DJ LeMahieu was a sign they are serious about winning now. This reminded Gio of the Mets trading for Mike Bordick in 2000. Jerry begins his first update with the All-Star Game's deciding swing-off. Boomer is disappointed big stars like Aaron Judge didn't participate. Sauce Gardner extended his contract with the Jets a day after Garrett Wilson. Commanders WR Terry McLaurin is unhappy about his lack of an extension. In the final segment, Gio recalled the 2009 "Balloon Boy" hoax after watching a Netflix documentary. A caller asked Gio about swingers using loofahs to signal intentions. Is Hooters going out of business? How many locations remain?
